About

In November, a decades-long dream of transportation activists became a reality when the Richmond-San Rafael bridge opened up a protected lane on the upper deck for pedestrians and bicyclists. We'll take a historic 25-mile ride from Richmond BART through Pt. Richmond and across the bridge and see what's on the other side! After lunch in Larkspur, we'll take the Calpark Hill Tunnel and loop back through San Rafael to the bridge.

TOTAL DISTANCE

This is a moderate bicycle ride of about 25 miles round trip with moderate elevation change.
